They called me once, telling me that my son expressed interest in their product. He did not. I told them I wasn't interested, and to take me off their list.
One month later, they called again, this time getting my wife when I was at work. She bit. WHen I called her later that evening, I immediately canceled my credit card, because I knew from all the complaints that I'd never see my money again. Then I called them and left a message. I alledgedly had a Supervisor return my call. They apologized, supposedly took me off their list and that was that.
Or so I thought. I just received yet another call from them, telling me that my son expressed interest. I said, no he didn't. As iwas saying to take me off their list, the guy hung up.
I there some legal recourse I can follow to get these folks to stop calling me once and for all? I work nights, and their phone calls wake me up. It seems like they read this report, so please at least be courteous enought o take someone off your list if they ask you (several times).
