J. D Marvel Products Inc Ordered 2 sets of donut pans cashed check still no pans. Rip off scam con artists

I ordered 2 sets of non-StickDonut maker Pans they cashed my check 3/10/03 it is now 5/7/03 still no pans. I have tried calling they dont have a toll free number. No one answers the phone it stays on busy signal it is to costly to stay on hold that long.
