In 2001 my aged father ordered an item from a TecnoScout catalog. Unbeknownst to him as a result of the above order he was automatically enrolled — WITHOUT HIS PERMISSION — into QuestSavers Discount Service.
This criminal organization continued to bilk his credit card for 23 months — even though he never used their program —until I called and cancelled their service. However they only credited back 4 of the 23 months they were illegally charging his card and kept $170.05 in their filthy coffers.
I would appreciate all readers of this report who have had similar experiences to contact me through the rebuttal (so I have as much evidence as possible) as I intend to contact the Attorney General and all the major Texas newspapers to let them know about these rip-off artists.
