Harassment, slow prossessing Jacksonville florida

I feel that my payment was held an excessive number of days causing it to be late.in the meantime I was continually harassed by telemarketers who didn't even identify themselves as employees of Fairbanks Capital Corp. Until I asked who they were. I also received a number of calls where when I answered the phone no one was on the other end. This harrassment abated once my payment cleared my bank.
