ICS, is a rip off they told me back in November that if I send them $258 that I would get a credit card with a $2500 credit limit on it and I never recieved any thing.
I waited the alloted time and never recieved anything so I kept calling them and they finally said that they were goimg to send me a package and a $500 dollar gift certificate for the inconvienance.
I recieved the package two months later in february and the package was filled with coupons and a book on debt solutions, so I called them back because they told me that their was going to be a list of banks and financial institutions in their for me to call.
When I called them they directed me to the back of the book and I called the list of numbers. I called only three on the list and applied for the credit card because they said if you are turned down three times then you will have to send them a copy of the denial letters and your refund will be processed.
