Financed our motorcycle through Household Retail. Received the first statement and then nothing for two months. Got a call from them that we were delinquent. They never sent statements out! When they were told this, they said and I quote "we try and get them out but the statements don't go out every month." HUH? If you are billing me, they need to go out every month. I threatened them with legal action if they didn't send a statement every month. Gee... Seems to have worked!
