I am representing a whole bunch of people who were fooled by Unique Worldwide Services, Inc. They are a fire safety company and they make people believe they need their high priced stuff. We are all elderly and we have been taken advantage of. We ordered some fire safety equipment, when we didn't recieve the merchandise, we filed with the better business bureau. We wanted a cancellation of the orders and our money back, which is over $7,000.instead of a refund we recieved all of the orders at one time. This is not exceptable. We don't need the stuff you can get better stuff at Wal-mart. We need our money back to buy medicine and pay doctor bills not a bunch of smoke detectors! We felt intimidated so we all bought their products. We want to send them back, but we want a refund. What can we do? Can you please help us?
