I paid them, they provided poor service (it took months to get the few materials they did manage to send me). They were supposed to send me an assortment of books (which I do have, albeit they came extremely late), and a collection of herbs and herb supplies (which still haven't arrived).
The largest problems arose now that it is April (the degree program I was taking was in Herbology), and the original contract stipulated that I finish the program by February, and of course they haven't yet delivered the remainder of the necessary supplies they were contractually obligated to provide. They haven't responded to frequent emails and fax, I have filed reports with the Better Business Bureau and the National Fraud Information Center which have not yet been addressed by them either.
