Company was operating in the red and were still excepting new students. The company was holding up to $340,000 (cedar city only) dollars in student federal loans that were supposed to be bonded and were not. Office workers, Mechanics, and CFI's recieved their checks by direct deposit. The last check paid to them was removed from their accounts which reflected a negative amount in most accounts. The last month they worked, no money was given that was due. A student gave $60'000 dollars when a week later they were told to leave the building. The 2 owners are crooks and have no reguard for the lives of their workers and students. All the employes are on Unemployement pay and the students are tens of thousand of dollars in the hole. This is just Cedar City. There is Carson City NV, Las Vegas NV. And Tuscon AZ that is in the same boat. The 2 owners are believed to be stockpiling money in a school in Florida were certain laws protect crooks like that. They should get what the deserve.
