I joined Katharine Gibbs School in Piscataway, Nj in January 06. After I completed my paperwork upon entry towards the college I had been educated that my mom would need to co sign the $25,000 loan. Proceeding to nearly double to $40,000 with curiosity, according to Sallie Mae loans... The only real financial institution this college supplied. I registered towards the college to get a certification in Visual Communications, and was informed the college continued for 9 weeks. After I finished, leading in my own course, I had been guaranteed a lifetime career. I received emails in the work employer daily, for around a complete fourteen days. She fowarded posts from many businesses through the n.Y.C. Region, working with the profession I needed to get involved with. These posts were from craigis checklist, and regional documents, anything I really could've accomplished and did by myself. Meanwhile this whole-time the employer from Katharine Gibbs had my application and examples of my art on document. Following this fourteen days passed and that I looked for careers by myself, I attempted to get hold of the college. They never delivered my telephone calls, or assisted me again having a job positioning, and sometimes even discover me a component-time work in my own area of preference. No body was actually open to talk to in the college, after I chose to lower there and speak personally. Today the college I joined is shut down. I'm presently in a Community School for Advertising, wishing anything better arrives of it. Meanwhile, I still owe Sallie Mae $40 to get a waste of period and that I do not understand where otherwise to show to.
