University Of Phoenix hidden information, took money, will not let me take classes I want

I have been a student at UOP for two years and have had enough. I am an A and B student. I had my son 8 months ago. I was in labor for a month and failed my classes than I went on maturnity leave. I was told there would be no fee for leaving for two months. A month after my son I called to try to get back in early. I was told that I had to pay for my classes I failed and pay for fees for leaving on maternity leave. They told me I could not go back to class until it was paid off.

I dont have that kind of money. I am at home mom. SO they waived some fees and then told me they couldn't wave the rest even though I had all this in emails. It took me a month a half to get someone to talk to me. They would not return calls or emails, I finally paid the fees and started school again. I passed them with A's. I got really sick my next set of classes and failed again. I gave them letters from doctors and from me telling them what happened. This was a month ago. Still nothing about the problem.

I also found out when you start school there online. You dont go to UOP you go to Axia school for you AA. They dont tell you this. When you go for the BA they transfer you to UOP but not all your credits transfer over. Poeple have told me when they transfered they were only aloud to transfer 6 credit and the rest of the classes they had to take again.

I am currently trying to changer school and having problems with them refunding my money from the classes I failed because I was sick. I am three weeks into my classes and can drop them in order to get my money to go to another school. They are receiving another loan for me and will be holding it until june. So I cannot do anything until then.
