I attended University of Phoenix (UoP) because the school offered classes on line. So when the on line classes were no longer offered, I had to transfer to another school. The problem was getting my transcripts, I owed UoP some money and I could not figure out how or why I owed so much. I was getting financial assistance and I was paying my resource fees... The reason I owed was when I wrote to UoP that I was transferring to an accredited school the two classes that I had completed had not been paid by FAFSA, the money was transferred to my new school. Even though my GPA is 3.89 I could not and still cannot get my transcripts. I kept calling to get someone to help me on this and no one would talk to me, funny how things turn out, as a student of UoP all my calls were taken and my questions were answered. But once I voiced my opinion on the school no one at UoP will return my calls so I can pay what I owe if in fact I do owe money to get my transcripts released.
