Shocked by reports of collection/bad debt on credit reports, people including yours truly, have been writing, phoning and personally visiting the offices of Hahn Medical Services in Moorefield WV.
It seems as though no signatures are on file, or any personal patient information that proves the so called patient visits.
Yes, the offices have insurance card information. But once you have ever given that up, it is in your record forever. Easily abused and misused, apparently.
So how is that the office billing department never contacted anyone?
No, wait, they did contact HUDSON and KEYES. A very, very aggressive agency who barely, just barely meet the legal requirements on no harrassment!
If there is doubt, should not a discussion at least be warranted?
Let's face it, when some people were even out of the state, and have proof, should not this be a red flag to these individuals?
What gives? Maybe the INSURANCE COMMISSIONER of WV can tell us.
