Frauds-Armando Montelogo charged a debit in the amount of $29.95 to my checking account (for coaching, they said) without my knowledge or permission. I called them this date, had a hold time of over 7 minutes and told them that I did not authorize this charge. I also tried to call yesterday evening, and the hold time was over 13 minutes.
They then told me that I was going to be put on hold so that they could verify that I did not sign up for the coaching. After another long wait (I think their strategy is hoping that you'll hang up) The rip rep came on the phone and refused to refund the money. She insisted that I signed up for it, although, as I said, I called after I received the book, to make sure that I wasn't being charged for any membership, to "cancel". They assured me that I would not be charged.
They did tell me that coaching was available free for 30 days. I tried to call on two different occasions, and was never able to get through to talk with a strategist or coach or anyone except the rip reps that answer the phone.
I told her that this was a fraudulent charge this date and to "Get out of my checkbook!"
These people claim that I signed up for the "help line", which I did not. Just another bunch of liars and thieves.
They offer a strategist or help line person or coach or somebody to help you to read this book. I didn't sign up for that either.
