On November 26 my credit card was charged $62.42 for a BlendyBlast pen kit. At the time of the purchase I only wanted one set costing $19.99. To my surprise, the transaction charged my card as follows, $19.99, $19.99, and $14.99 totaling approx. $62.42.
There was no way to retract the purchase, it immediately charged my card. I attempted to call the phone number listed. I got a recording, then the call was cut off. I've emailed the website awaiting a response, but none to date.
My six year old son was very sad on Christmas morning when he discovered Santa did not bring the BlendyBlast pen kit. We explained to him that not everyone is a nice honest person, so at times Santa has problems with some of his pickup stores.
We felt ordering November 26 was enough time to have the pen kit delivered early enough. The sight looked really legitimate, but you should beware. I'm hearing from a friend that several others have been ripped off by this company.
I hope you will be able to find a contact name, number, address and city or state. I would like to report the company to the BBB, and file a complaint with the Attorney General's office in my state. Thank you.
