M.W.I. Connections And Deal Pass.com
Ripped off by 2 company's without perrmission! Consumer fraud ripoff Nationwid4

I lost my debit card' I rarly use it so I did not know it was missing until these two debits showed up against my checking account. I have never had any contact with either company. M. W Premier health plan, I was ripped off by them for $ 139.95 and Deal Pass for $12.95. I got their name's and phone number's from my bank. Thank you for any help you can give to me.
