Ripoff

Some kind of a "Lap Desk" ordered by my father in law, 83 years old. It came in a black plastic bag with two rubber bands. I have no idea of the cost, what ever the cost it should not have been over $5.00 shipping.

The item came with 1/2 of a shipping receipt.
No instructions? No info on where to contact seller. No FAX, Email, web site or phone?

I did manage to salvage the Order # 8791401
