Rip-off Cashed check - did not send me my item

My mom ordered a John Deere weather vane through the mail from Starcrest back in May. She sent them a check and got the processed check back, showing that they cashed the check and have her money. But they never sent her the item!!!
I think Starcrest is a fraud and I will warn others to not purchase from them. They take your money and give nothing in return!!!
