We were told by lance duncan that we would receive a refund. I have written, faxed, called since October, (at least 100 times I have copies of everything) I have had three emails telling me yes a refund, waiting on court date with CSX, their goal is to refund everyone, mr. Duncan has no word from mr. Greg morse. I just need my money back. I borrowed the money and I have to pay it back.
