In October I contacted Express Consolidation trying to straighten out my bills. I mailed them $355.00. I kept receiving calls from my creditors which I forwarded to Express.
I continued to get calls stating Express was not calling or contacting my creditors.
The end of October I received a letter that our account was with the legal department.
I tried time after time, at my expense, to contact Express by telephone receiving a message that they would contact me. It didn't happen. I even e-mailed Express at the address they submitted to me. Again, received no contact from Express.
Finally, I got through to James Dansiker, customer service manager on February 12. He said they would refund our original payment. This took over 3 months and hours of my time before I even was able to talk to an actual person.
On February 14 Dansiker left a message saying they would not be refunding our money. So here I sit, I now owe more money because of late charges on my bills and my bills not being paid because I didn't know what to do. I already have tons of money problems because of illnesses in my family and will have to do a bankruptcy.
Express is supossed to be a non-profit organization that is there to help people, does that make them a rip off organization too?
