I've had terrible customer support through Ashford University. I just changed to Ashford due to the customer support I did so obtain and was guaranteed that anything may proceed easily; and that I would not have to deliver any info for that concerns I has requested the registration consultant in June.

Because The end of July, I started the procedure of the run-around in regards to the educational funding. I delivered Ashford the info required; and again the educated me all-is properly. Each month it's been another thing. Then I wound up FAXing, contacting, and calling the exact same issues repeatedly. Every time all was good; when truth it was not. Each month converted into each week to every three times.

Today will be the 2nd of December but still the educational funding problems not solved. I had been endangered in March that I'll be plugged from getting courses easily did not cooperated. I have been cooperating in delivering them exactly the same info significantly more than 3 times.
