Rip-off dishonest fraudulent billing

I didn't purchase anything, and I am recieving bills. I wrote to them plenty of times and they don't seem to care. I just talked to them on the phone and they told me just to disregard the bill. I was very upset and will not order anything from this company. I will also tell my friends and family too!
