Ripoff Billed to credit card IMMEDIATELY! But no delivery since November -consumer fraud

Winter boots ordered 11/25/02. Not here 1/23/03. Billed to credit card IMMEDIATELY!

Ordered 2 pair boots 11/25/02. As of 1/23/03, still not received and no response to e-mail inquiry. The boots, however, were billed IMMEDIATELY to our credit card upon receipt of our order!
