I have filed a report yesterday for MWI Essentials, now today I went back to my account and there is a charge for 12.95 for MWI Connections. I have NEVER authorized anything from either of these places now I have a total of 108.95 taken from my account without authorization.
I called these places they told me when I ordered fron an informercial I agreed to these charges, which is an absolute lie. I spoke to Shannon TP421 and told her I will be recordong our conversation and she told me she is not giving her permission for me to do that. I then told her to put the money back into my account TODAY she said it will take another 3-5 days.
I called my bank stopped my account and now have to go to the hassel of doing everything all over again. I am VERY upset right now, if anything else happens I will put that company through hell!
