Rip-off fraud scam

Internet pop up ad fraud...

We received a bill by mail today (1/14) for supposedly accessing an internet porn site. The bill says we agreed to their terms and connected their downloaded dialer. None of this ever happened. They had pop up ads that my minor child tried to exit out of, however, exiting only brought more and the dialer downloaded itself and connected itself without anyone authorizing or agreeing to anything. It was impossible to exit. My child had the good sense to pull out the phone line, so our bill was only $24.45 instead of the hundreds others have incurred.

However, it still is a fraudulent charge and Alyon claims the money is due by 1/22 or it will be turned over to collections. I am writing a letter to them as they state it is their process to dispute charges, however, I am sure they will not remove the charges as they are obviously (censored). I resent the costs I will incurr for certified mail to fight this. I have no intention of paying the $24.45, but am worried that it will be a huge effort with them and probably with their collection agency, probably to no avail. It is so hard to understand how there can be such slimy people in the world. Any new updates on how to proceed against these ripoffs would be appreciated.
