I used a search engine to check the status of money for offers taken from Netflip in July and ending in August 31. These were so-called fast cash offers that by the sites own words were to be credited within 30 days, hence, the term, fast cash offers. I took 8 fast cash offers.
I was slowly paid for 1 offer way overdue and after a number of emails sent without reply, I then wanted an explanation as to why they were being so extra slow to pay, as they were way over the time limits as explained on their own site. I was sent an email telling me that I had to prove that I took these offers.
Luckily, I saved all emails and could and did email all letters to them thereby proving that I had fulfilled my part of the contract. I sent these twice. Still no response and slowness on getting credit. They then belatedly sent me a check for another offer, with the bulk of offers being next. It is now January and am awaiting the rest, 6 of my fast cash offers. I then attempted to see if they had finally given me credit for the final 6 offers, and to my shock, they state, which I printed, that I have violated some part of their contract and was no longer a member and also lose the bulk of the monetary amounts legally owed me.
I read their entire contract, and the only violation I could find was that you must have some activity every 6 months. Since they had not paid me monies due since August, being 5 months long, I was not about to accept more offers from them, so they stalled long enough paying what they legally owed me, in order to stretch out the time to over 6 months apparenly.
Since, there is no specific information, only generalizations, no one can know for sure, they think or mean by their vague statement. It is quite apparent that the large check was to be upcoming and they are attempting to defraud paying their contractual obligation.
So, at this point, I am out a considerable amount of cash legally owed to me by Netflip, as I have fulfilled more than my end of the legal bargain and they have chosen the most undrhanded method and manner to not pay what they legally owe. This case is so transparent it really makes you sick to your stomach. This is no less than fraud at it's worst and if one person is taken advantage of, then you can be sure that there are as many as they can get way with.netflip does not pay, that simple.
