This place has the rudest people working there, and the most incompetent. They will screw up your paperwork and then turn it into a huge process and will turn it into a nightmare for you, and try to make it so difficult and impossible for you as a student. The people are not helpful and want to make it hard on students and do not cover up for their own mistakes and the students have to pay for it. They will not go out of their way to help people but will lie and claim they can't do things that they can do and be really mean about it. This is just an a terrible school and the people who work there, lots of them are so incompetent and they have always been this way. They are just out to screw people over and that's about it. I have talked to numerous people who have had lots of problems with this school - they are a large university and they can't seem to get anything right, and I have never met such rude people working at a university - they do not do their job at all... And want to just make things hard for students or for anyone.instead of saying - sure we can help make this situation right - they say "oh we can't do it" which is not the truth and will give a lot of excuses and lies just to make things harder for a student. And will make up story after story... And feed a lot of BS it seems and then in the end, will claim they can't do something that is a simple thing which they could do - simply because they didn't want to help someone out... And also throw out a lot of lies regarding it. Some awful stupid and really bad people that work there... How this school is even functioning as an educational institution is shocking.
