On Dec. 21, Alyon Technologies sent me a bill for $164.26 to be paid no later than December 29. They claim these charges are for a call to an Adult Entertainment Website made via a direct dial number dialed by my computer modem from my phone number.
This did not happen! I did not access this site!
I have contacted the FDLE, FCC, Sprint, The US Post Office, and the Attorney General's Office of Florida. The best information I got was to file a complaint with the INTERNET FRAUD COMPLAINT CENTER at the following address:

I was told that when a complaint is filed with the IFCC a report is then sent to your local police, the police in Norcross, GA and the FBI. This I plan to do.
I do not plan to pay this fraudulent bill.
