Fraudulent billing dishonest ripoff business from hell Norcross

I dont have a clue how they got my mothers name for thier little bill but my name is on the bill not hers, she is an elderly lady who hardly ever uses the computer at all...

You cant reach these people by phone, we didnt go to thier site and ill be damned if ill pay the bill!!! If any one can tell me how to get a hold of them i would truly appreciate the info, i am damn pissed off about this all, thank you
