Ripoff of checking account for fees once letter to cancel membership after expiration...
My membership expired June 5. I sent a letter requesting cancellation of my membership and one for my daughter who moved to another city, which is one of the reasons for cancellation.
As of today December 19, they are still deducting money from my checking account for these fees. Not only do I want them to stop, but want all my money refunded for what they taken without further permission.
