Dann R. Johnson (see Development Executive Group) has submitted a resume to my company, which claims that he graduated with a JD from Saratoga University School of Law. That appears to be impossible because according to your report & reports from the San Jose Mercury News that the California Bar banned the school in September. From his lack of legal experience and writing sample, it is clear that he is not a lawyer.
As you have reported extensively about the Saratoga University School of Law, I would like to add this case to your file. It is not clear whether Johnson is part of the degree mill scam or whether Saratoga University School of Law is still operating underground. The latter should be investigated by California State Bar Association. If it is the former, the Development Executive Group should delete his resume.
I notice that Saratoga University School of Law is not on the Ripoof Report list any longer and I assume that is because this internet school has actually been closed down by California authorities.
