I ordered a book called billion sources free cash sent a check and the check was cashed and havent seen what i paid for i dont know his name is stephen young

I dont know why i was a fool for thinking someone like this could rip off people and nothing is done to stop it. I think this stephen young has got a good scam. I sure hope someone can do something about it.
