I went through a nightmare last summer with these people. Took an online class (which was a joke), paid upfront for it only to get bills, threats and overcharges 3 months after the class ended. These idiots made me go back 4 months to find the initial charge, send in a copy of the bill (email not good enough—I could make that up) by fax then fight for a month on the phone with them. Finally got it resolved.
This summer, thinking its all in the past, sign up for a class (was going to start masters program with them but the enrollment coordinator was like a used car salesman and turned me off). I need a class like this for a pay raise at work, and figured UofP was easy. The morons double billed me for the class when they said they would bill correct amount 60 days after the class start date. I am fighting with them now to try to cancel out! This time at least they apologized. They said they processed refund last week... Not there. Complete Liars and Frauds!
