I went to check my account before I went Christmas shopping to find that my checking account had been charged $139.95. I have no idea who this company is or what they represent. But I do know that I never authorized them to take any money from my account. When I called them, I was basically given the runaround telling me that they would add $60.00 more to my account. Like I want to pay this kind of money to belong to a so called "Discount Shopping" service.
I finally talked to someone who states they are a Supervisor, and he told me that I would see the money credited to me in 3-5 business days, but that it would not show up on my account for two more statements. To me that is definitely a contradictory statement. I am a single mother who now is $139.95 poorer for Christmas for my 7 year old daughter.
