I ordered the EyeQ program after hearing the ad on talk radio. My daughter has a problem with her eyes to where they do not "track" together when she reads. The nice customer representative stated this would be great for the entire family. I was excite and agreed to give it a try.
The program arrived and I popped it in to give it a whirl. I had to use it first to know how to explain the program to my SEVEN year old daughter. When it was her turn, the program wouldn't load. It told me I had already used it once and needed to wait 24 hrs for my eyes to "rest".
I sent an email that night since the customer rep center was closed. They finally responded the next afternoon stating they had looked into it and I received the single version per my request. I told them I clearly stated it was for the use of my family. They said they could change my order for an additional $50. I said no! I know what I was told.
They responded stating they have phone records and will pull the call. My response was, "DO IT AND CALL ME!!!" They pulled the tape and said I was right, the rep did tell me it was for family and they would grant me an extension with the new code to use.
I've calle and gotten my return number and I'm mailing it out tomorrow. I 'll let you know the results. They are a load of CRAP!!!
Do not do business with this company.
By the way, I have all the communications via email between them.
