I placed an add on kijiji.com seeking a female dachsund puppy. The next day I was contact by Jeff Jack stating that he had a 2 females and would give them to a good home. I should have known right away that this was fake because his email was made up of very broken english and misspelled words. Also, AKC dachsund puppies are very expensive and who just gives them away for free. He said all I had to do was pay the shipping company $200 to have it shipped from Washington, DC to Central Indiana. He sent me pictures of the most adorable little babies and I fell in love. He said he was taking her to the shipping company and they would be calling me.
I finally received an email from this so called shipping company. The email also had misspelled words and broken english (DEAD GIVEAWAY). I started doing research on the company and couldnt find any existance of it. I called the phone number at the bottom of the email and a female answered. I asked if she was with the pet delivery agency and she said NO and hung up on me. About 30 minutes later I received a unknown phone call and it was a EXTREMELY FOREIGIN man and I couldnt understand him at all. He said he was with the delivery place and wanted to know when I was going to Western Union my money. I asked if they had a website/phone number or anything I could use for proof that they were ligimimate and he said no. They said their phones were under construction and their accounts were being audited but that they had been in business for 33 years and I should trust them. He kept insisting that I go right then and send the money. I called Western Union if they had a company under that name and they said No do not send the money unless you are sure. They said the only reason that a test question and answer would be needed is because they do not show ID to receive the money. I have copied the email that I received from the delivery company. Please DO NOT send them any money they are fake!!!
