My partner and that I attend 1 course in the College of Phoenix online plan. We completed educational funding plus they obtained dispersments within the quantity of $14,000 on April 10th. I've named many times requesting them once they will soon be returning the resources, that they need to officially return them towards the bank within thirty days, however they hang-up on me.
