Billing for returned materials and canceled course

The cancel if not satisfied clause in the so-called agreement with this so-called educative authority is bogus.

I was interested in a program they had to offer and viewed the agreement before accepting terms" non-satisfaction return ". When I recieved the materials shipped to my home"I was not satisfied" I immediately repackaged the materials filled out my cancelation agreement and returned the item to the sender.

I have been contacted repeatedly by Education Direct "Penn Foster" for payment on something I do not own or poses. I explain and refuse payment
in return they give me a bad rating on my credit report.
