These junk debt buyers tried to sue on an account after the statute of limitations. Mr. Groves in North Phoenix is a very good consumer attorney. Please don't ignore notices of lawsuits from them - there is no reason for them to get a default judgment on an account they probably can not get due to either 1. Being past statue of limitations - or - 2. Not enough proof to show they really owe the debt. I know lawyers are expensive, but not nearly as expensive as having to pay Cavalry.
