They say they are contacting only the chosen ones. This is a scam. I didn't fall for it but some people may because of lack of finances

I will not send money; or waste time on these kinds of things... BUT this letter is creepy creepy creepy...
And I can see IF a person needs something in his or her life, they may fall for THIS... P.T. Barnum said there is a "sucker born every minute"...
Most though are just desperate and in need of something and they fall hard and lose money...
I have already found someone on this site. Who may have been scamed by the same people..
Since they are using two different States to operate in...
I think this falls in the category of Interstate Fraud!
