Ripoff consumer rip-off fraud

Received my credit card bill and am disputing this charge from E-MERC.net for $99.95. Am changing my credit card number also. Want to thank you for this alert. Hopefully the credit card company will stop this fraudulent company. They say this company is from Germany.
