Geniva Roth has been taking money out of my account sinse december and i only took a loan out for $200.00 but they take out $60.00 out of my account every 2 weeks. When i called to ask them how much i owed them caouse I knew it had to be getting close to being payed off they told me I Still owed $290.00. So how can i get them to stop taking money out of my account without closeing my account out? Because of them my account keeps getting overdrafted someone please help me I have no money to fight this and have 4 children to take care of i dont know what to do any more. These people are so rude when i call to talk to them.
