OSP Communications in conjunction with The Billing Resource charged $17.35 for an Operator assisted call to a phone that I happen to pay the bill for. The phone is at the gate to our community and there is no headset and is an unattended gate - only used when visitors come at night when the gate is closed. Embarq has refused to take the charge off my bill until I get OSP Communications to issue a credit - which they say could take several months. There is no way that an operator could have spoken to anyone at the gate - when I call the phone # assigned to the gate it doesn't ring and nothing happens.
