I didn't invest money into this program because I found it too good to be true. I couldn't find any information on the Institute at all. The Better Business Bureau doesn't even have a listing for them. The Institute didn't reply to my emails about it's validity. I did find this link online exposing this Dave or Jack Howard as a fraud however.
