Does not pay the notaires that they contract for signings

Signatures Plus owes me $530 for signings that I did for them in 2006. How can we file a class action lawsuit against them, LendingTree.com and anyone else that my have allowed this company to continue to operate. Can we place liens against the titles of the homes for which we performed closings?
