Ripoff consumer fraud SOB's

I ordered the 2 doughnut pans from them back in august my checked cleared within 2 weeks and i have yet to receive my product. It is now almost the end of october and i let them know that i want my product i paid for or i'm taking it to the better business bureau and filing a complaint. If i have to i will take them to court for fraud.
