My mortgage got sold to these people and they never ever post my payment on time. I make the payment by phone $15 charge any paperwork you want there is a charge. Even when I make the payment by phone I am supposedly still late. That gives them $15 for phone charge and another $60.50 per month for late payment fee even though I made the payment on time. All you get is a run around. They have ruined my credit-forgot to pay my taxes-which made me get a lein on my property. I was not happy. All I keep hearing is I'll look into it or nothing we can do that is our policy. Nobody ever gets back to me. They are not willing to work with you and I have no idea what their policies are because I did not sign my mortgage with them and they never notified me what the policies were when they took it over. They also never notified me they changed their name. Now because they have ruined my credit I cannot refinance because it shows my payments were late. If you can avoid this company at all costs!!!
