Www.fraud took money out of account no authorization Internet

I was also a victim of this same scam anyone wanting the phone # my bank gave 866-886-1277 they took 31.98 out of my account with no authorization was denied a payday loan on2/28 there was a pending transaction i called my bank a stop payment has been made with no charge to me fraud fraud!!!
