I paid $80.95 to buy, ship and deliver a prodct and the company never done Harrisonburg, Virginia

I contacted Magnum Language company to buy, ship and deliver its learning course Magnum Language MLS Easy Immersion English La for $80.95. I fully paid the money. Order#234149000 was placed on 1/21 for 10-15 days parcel airmail shipping period. The company hasn't so far delivered the product. Two inquires was e-mailed to the company with no response.
