I was searching for a laon agency to help start a business. I was contacted by e-mail about an opportunity to receive a low-interest loan for any amount up to $250,000, 000. I asked for references and information about the company which I received right away. After giving some information, I was contacted by a man who told me that my loan was 100% gauranteed for sure. I was given 3 options on how to send my fee to get the money I was promised. Bank to bank transfer, Western union, and DHL were the options offered. I haggled for weeks before my situation got worse and I ended up sending the $205.00 for the bank to bank transfer. Shortly after sending the money, I got an e-mail saying that my loan was stopped due to the amount being too large and no collateral in case I fail to repay the loan. After reading that, I got a phone call asking when I would be sending a collateral document or a payment of $580.00 as collateral. I became furious and demanded my money back, but was only offered more payment options. A week later, the calls ceased and only the e-mails continued. Now they want me to pay $300.00 in order to get my $205.00 back. I should have trusted my instincts and dropped the whole thing but it's really hard when your back is against the wall.
